Under Package C (Strategic Business Partner), Service Provider will build, launch, and optimize Client's business infrastructure across a 6-month minimum commitment:

3. Investment & Monthly Payment Terms
The total investment for Package C (Strategic Business Partner) is ₱25,000 PHP per active month across the 6-month commitment term. All active monthly billing cycles follow a structured 3-installment schedule:
In the event that the Client requests to temporarily put the project/services on hold, a maintenance fee of ₱1,000.00 PHP per paused month will apply to maintain reserved team capacity, project asset hosting, GHL automation maintenance, and operational continuity.
Resumption Billing Rule: When work resumes in an active month, all accrued hold fees will be combined with that month’s standard ₱25,000.00 PHP retainer, and the grand total will be split according to the standard 50% / 25% / 25% installment structure.
